Can screen in patio as my friend might give me his hot tub and this is florida so  lots of bugs, also previous owner loved plants/trees so very jungle looking in backyard this will be cleaned up by me.So basically my question is to raise rents by ~$250-300 which I know is possible in this area how much would you be willing to put in a place to achieve this?

I recently build as a homeowner in Tampa a custom home with impact 8' high doors , high end 2 kitchens , 5br, 3ba, 2 livingrooms , seperated for rent near university, on cheap land but huge and everything including landscapping with 100 new trees, septic, underground electricity, cost me $115 per square.I looking to build small 8000 sqf strip plaza soon in Clearwater, wondering what cost per sqf I should expect currently in comercial projects ?

I've also found that those round metal downspout leaf guards work well for this too.3) Trim any trees/branches that are touching the house/roof.

I wouldn't be suprised if these people find a way to pay you at the last minute when the reality of their Christmas tree and all of the presents being thrown out into the snow hits home.In my state, the court officer posts a notice on the door 24 hours before the eviction letting the occupants know that they need to pay, move out, or they will be thrown out.
