It sounds like a good program and will enable me to fill other vacancies in the future. 

The ultimate goal of most of the investors I talk with is increasing cash flow to supplement (and eventually replace) their income and earn back their time.

I am reading through the Flipping Blueprint and The Book on Rental Property Investment ( 3rd time for both )My goal is to have a solid rental portfolio and then supplement with occasional flips.

I figured the capital I could generate wholesaling properties and commission from real estate sales would potentially enable me to acquire some great rental deals i've found.
