Gmail (and most email systems) have "canned responses" that you can easily respond the same way to all the duplicate type emails you get  "Our screening criteria is xxx, please submit your applications..." 

They submitted applications via MySmartMove a few hours ago.She passed with a decent score.

Very easy to do if you use QuickBooks or other full fledged accounting software.

So I don't know exactly how the meter determines a click over from .001 to .002 but in looking at a couple random days at one of my properties I'm noticing that this might be rounding error in their visualization software... when I add up hourly, I'm consistently getting a number higher than the the total presented back for daily...

I can't say I would buy Rent Manager just for that but if you have investment properties Rent Manager is a great software that comes with a CRM that looks pretty good at a glance.  

@Brandon Foken I have been heads down doing RE Wholesaling and marketing for sometime now and finally came up with a way to almost fully automate marketing letters, was an investment up front for hardware, software, materials, etc (approx 25k by end of this year), but worth it for me, and have been able to help some of my RE wholesaler and investor friends in the local San Diego area.
