@Monique Stewart of all the markets that you mentioned, personally, I think Kansas City has the best combination of cash flow and strong economic and demographic trends.

Hey - I know that I look at market trends, affordability, profitability, and potential market growth.

Will likely have mixed sources for down payment and initial investment (family assistance and bank loans).Looking for suggestions and resources on where to start on analyzing neighborhood early trends/growth predictions, best mortgage options to consider, and general tips/tales of experience as first time home buyers and rental property managers/investors. 

He does BRRRR style projects all day.

@Brandon Phillips You can generally look up stats that show you growth trends of certain markets.

Some people just don't get my writing style I guess.But just so you know, If I was negative I would have just said it is a bad deal.

What are the demographic trends you're currently seeing in the market?

Maybe that would be a way to go until things start to turn around.I did a quick look and there are several sites that specialize in Panamanian real estate trends and investing.

Anybody else notice this trend?
