I am studying it quite a bit.  

I'm starting out with next to nothing and I need to make a living while I learn the rules of investing so I'm studying hard to be an agent and hang my license under either a local brokerage (Georgetown Realty) or the big bad Keller Williams.

I have studied the definitions, taken an exam prep class but I still feel as if im not as prepared as I should be!

If you can prove they are only fining renters and letting residents off with the same violations , I would drop it in the hands of an attorney .

So they asked for the lease to prove that the new tenants were not the old tenant (I suppose that is reasonable) I asked very nicely if there was anyway we could separate the owners and have that work.  

Prove that you are competent in the evaluation and the actions needed to turn the property around and it may be hard, but I believe you can find the money.

As my business partner and I really started to study the market here in SA we noticed that the low end has a huge amount of potential. 

I been studying the market for two years and I think is time to bite the bullet.

I think that's the best thing you can do - starting off a new PM business using old school reporting will prove problematic quickly.

Your future partner should prove himself also.
