I am currently onboarding a second person to due acquisitions (as I cannot increase direct mail volume any further on my current acquisitions VA) and another to handle sales (as I cannot keep up with the incoming buyer leads & follow up and still plan & execute mailers, my "one thing").I have excellent written procedures in place (per E-Myth and "Work the System books) and a fairly developed CRM to manage deal flow through all of the processes, now I just need to scale up.My question is this, is anyone aware of a good educational space, group, coaching program, course, etc to help me in this endeavor?

I guess that's the goal but I think anything that gives you a better grip on maintenance/CapEx/appliance costs and planning helps a lot.4) Paperwork - Right now, this is your best defense as a landlord, this means properly executed tenant paperworks delivered in a time, method and manner specified by the local authorities (which sounds totalitarian).

Hi @Marcus Hill, you have a couple questions so here are some answers: 1) Yes you can use your personal credit. 2) Yes, taking out additional credit and then using it to its max will pull down your score most likely - BUT, it will come back when you pay it down if you execute the BRRRR strategy correctly.

There are several Turnkey "Marketers" that serve as kind of a safe landing zone and have established relationships with the actual providers in many states so that may be the best place for you to look and talk to their staff as they are normally versed in all of the markets that they serve.
