My first son in 2011 slowed me down a bit but we had another son last year and I still managed to buy and rehab 12 new ones in 2012 (with the help of 3 full time contractors working on them during the year).

We have a son based in Sicily thus I have looked around there Catania and Taromino.  

@Stephen Jahn  Even with the tenants son playing with it, it shouldn't have broken unless age had weakened the hose.

I first had it with a company called Berkson & Sons.

However, I am encouraging my two 23 and 25 year old sons to house hack. 

The son manages several investment properties for his mother and he said she would be interested in selling "for the right price".

Being from the Americas was surprised most of the construction from the 1500’s on was financed with gold from the Americas.  

Who knows if anything will ever come of that, but it makes my heart smile to have those conversations with her.On a separate note, my advice to a new parent would be to open up an email address in your son's name and regularly send emails to that address.

Her son is critically ill. 

My son recently got married and moved to Cincinnati area (Springdale) , and is renting a apartment while he attends college there.
