If your daily work / life schedule doesn’t permit the time needed and also if your skill set does not revolve around setting up contractors then yes.

If chemical levels are off you can actually damage the pool surface and resurfacing a pool can be $3000 and up.

Take it to a bigger scale and look at the city level.
