I purchased my latest single family rental from the bank at the beginning of July.

Single family is nice but if you want a place to live for yourself and you want to start collecting some rent, then look at 2-4 unit places.

The statistics are stunning: single-family home sales in Aspen are down 62% in dollar volume through the first-half of the year.

I bought two single-family residential rental condominiums in past couple months. 100% cash.

Both properties are single family but I am interested in multifamily properties eventually.

I'm on call as a production assistant, basically just in the market for a new job right now . 

My goal is to start flipping single family homes. 

If you are starting out with single family and self managing that would be very difficult and costly to manage, imo.
