This is the most dynamic real estate investing group in the Bay Area. We focus on helping each other build serious long-term wealth by investing in real estate. From beginners to professional full-time investors, all are welcome!

We hold monthly meetings where the following topics may be discussed: getting started, market research, deal analysis, single family investing, multifamily investing, investing in the Bay Area, out-of-state investing, real estate market cycles, fundraising, legal structures, taxes, current trends, etc.

The focus of the group is on member contributions, member led presentations, and member investment strategies.  Meetings may have speakers, involve evaluating a real estate deal, or the meeting may be touring a multifamily deal currently on the market or at a local real estate project of member investors. All members should come expecting to contribute and be active in each monthly meeting, by sharing your expertise, sharing information about one of your investments, inside knowledge about a particular market, etc.
