In this case the listing agent can forward you a copy of the agreement that you just need to sign and send back.I know in one of your other posts you mentioned trying to contact the bank directly.

John A. depending on the asset management company for HUD the closing date can be 30 days or 45 days from the date HUD signs the contract.

I totally agree with Andy and Jon, however, to provide another source try express.realquest.comThey have a per-inquiry rate which may not show on their website, but if you call them, they can sign you up for a per-inquiry instead of per month plan.

If you were to run this deal as a wholesale (which is the only option for you since you need to be a principal), you will need to sign a purchase/sale contract as "You or assigns".

I should never say never, but the upswing in many of my farms doesn't show any signs of getting back to top of Bubble prices, even if we have a few years of 20% appreciation (which I don't think wil last).
