- the LOC is reusable, you can pay it down and use it again, and the interest is charged only when you use the money and calculated on the daily balance, not amortized vs a loan that is one time deal charging amortized interest from the moment you sign the papers, regardless if you use the money or not.

As prior posters, mentioned you can file a judgment and the chance to collect maybe low, but the key is to secure your property and ensure no further damage is being done to it at the moment
