I think @Matt K.s on to something if you're wanting to go from several smaller properties to a larger one.

Hello Everybody, I own several 4plexs and each of them has rooftop packaged heat pump AC units.

I am really interested in the Pittsburgh market and I know home values have been appreciating quite consistently over several years and expected to continue on the trend.

I was referred several home inspectors from my property manager.

So I had to dig through my paperwork and find the original contracts - over a period of several years - for those windows. 

Lost money and time ;( Be careful and talk to several lenders/banks.
