New Contractor in Sequim, WA

Hello everyone,

New member introduction here.  I am a Licensed and Bonded General Contractor in the Sequim (SKWIM), WA area, located in the North Olympic Peninsula.  

I have experience with many facets of residential construction and property preservation.

I am looking to break into the Real Estate market by purchasing single or multi-family homes to improve and then rent them out or sell them.

I've downloaded several Bigger Pockets podcast episodes and listen to them while working on client projects and in my home gym.  Just completed my profile and will be reading as much info on the forums as I can.

I am looking to gain knowledge and discover the formula for making money and providing safe and affordable housing.

I have very thick skin and will take advice well.
