Lots of fine print, 13 page addendum you have to submit with your offer.The properties I got sent, vary in price range, area and repairs vary as well, as as what I can see on the pics.

Ryan Dossey I'm thinking it'll be more flexible in the long run, they scan everything in, shred for free and I won't ever have to worry about changing my address if I move and most have mobile apps.

After much research and gauging my interests, I have decided to begin investing in real estate.While I am early in the process of educating myself, I am beginning to scan the Central Indiana and East-Central Indiana markets for small, multi-unit properties that have the potential for generating positive cash flow.While I realize it won't be an easy road and will have its share of bumps along the way, I am excited to begin taking action toward realizing my goals.
