New Investor From Indiana

Hello,

My name is Andrew Pearson and am native to Muncie, Indiana. Over the last few months, after a relative recommended an interesting read, Rich Dad, Poor Dad, by Robert Kiyosaki, I have been in search of ways to work toward financial independence. After much research and gauging my interests, I have decided to begin investing in real estate.

While I am early in the process of educating myself, I am beginning to scan the Central Indiana and East-Central Indiana markets for small, multi-unit properties that have the potential for generating positive cash flow.

While I realize it won't be an easy road and will have its share of bumps along the way, I am excited to begin taking action toward realizing my goals.
