Are there regular meet ups in Cincinnati?

I am not too sure which routes to take as a first time buyer or what moves to make as a first time property investor.

@Troy MeyerI love sebastian and try to get down there on a regular basis.

Reach out to them to get copies.I think the IRS help companies are scams so do not try to go that route.  

I only use the question mark as I am following the wholesaler->Investor route and and am curious if that is your plan as well. 

Works great for me - most important part is if you do go this route, it will require a big time commitment to get everything set up (I'd assume it would with any software you choose to use) however once you get through the set up and familiarize yourself with it, your life will get a lot easier.

If an investor is to go this route and is contacted by a seller, how does the transaction happen?

Love their payment regularity but probably won't do them again until their rent value increases in our area.@ Garrett - the first 9 months have been a real experience builder.

The entire neighborhood is zoned as a Townhouse district but as you can see in the photos below, there is a mixture of single-family dwelling properties (regular houses) and townhouses in this neighborhood.
