Wow a lot of projects on the go, I'm not afraid of hard work as it usually offers much better returns, only exception being Amazon as I probably would've made more just investing in the stock in 2013 compared to selling on the platform! 

Better to somehow keep it under one roof!

Unfortunately we do not have the capability of taking on a project that size at this time. 

I’m working on a 300 unit multi-family project which is new construction.

It's in great shape with updated kitchen and master, but we have 17k worth of solar panels on the roof and we need the sale to cover that.

Will need  a roof soonish I would guess. 

After inspection it turned out that many places need to repair: roof, electric panels, foundation...

I'm looking to complete a few minor projects on my rental property. 

I thought I would share the pictures and numbers from my most recent BRRRR project in Pensacola, FL. 

Offer a contractor friend dinner to do the walkthrough have him write down and Quote possible issues as he sees them have him go over the systems the basement and roof with a fine tooth comb .
