Tenant won't move out and requesting a Jury trial...

ok, here it goes. i am not a lawyer, but basically, my opinion of lawyers is about the same as anyone else. they are basically lowlife scum that have a use every once in a while. they are merely legalized criminals. that being said, they can have a use once in a while. the previous responder here is right, they are held to a higher standard in court. there will be a record with the court of his loosing his license also, which should be frowned upon by the court. i have my suspicions about a few things. first, why would he attempt to move the jurisdiction of the jury trial to downtown?

The PMC should at least have the systems in place to respond to tenants needs, such as 24 hour response for emergencies. If you don't want to deal with those headaches then it is possible that you will get better performance from the PMC if they know that you are going to stay on top of them.
