Question about wholesaler offer requirements

Hi guys! Have any of you ever ran into a situation where a wholesaler and/or an investment firm requested previous deal history as a prerequisite in them even considering your offer? The offer is being presented with a proof of funds letter and a $2k earnest money deposit, as requested. Thanks!
