People always talk about these properties that look golden on paper but differ in reality. 

Listing may say rentals allowed but in reality  it's capped and you're not going to be able to rent anytime soon,  or you have to live there for two years first, or whatever.Ask around about the board/management company.  

You need to be patient due to this reality.

Reality is that personal homes very rarely work as rentals. 

The reality is that you need money: your money, parents money, investors money, credit card money... it does not matter who's money, you need money. 

In reality, without the cash I would not be in RE.  

In reality, it depends on the crash you're 'predicting'. 

Take action consistently on making your own dreams a reality, Or you’ll end up Working for someone else’s dream.
