Many guru programs fraudulently promote wholesaling as a great way to get into real estate investing.

He called last Sunday and tells me he is in the hospital with the flu; I happily give him a week (health comes first).

My mother owns a house that she no longer can mantain due to health issues.  

They are running some sort of promotion for 20% off (LAUNCH20 code), so the basic package starts at $479 (Minnesota - not sure if it varies from state to state).

I realize they are promoting their system of finding homes for sale and I imagine somehow bringing the homes back to them.

Their salaries + FICA + bonus + health is going to set you back a certain amount at the minimum - let's call that minimum $120,000, though to get good people in competitive markets it'll be more than that.So, the first question is - how much GCI do you need to absorb this payroll?

I am on active duty and have an opportunity to attend grad school for a 2 year program while still on AD, which means free tuition, full military/health benefits, and housing allowance based on the zip code.

I'm wishing  my own "Turbo" Andy  many more long years of health after 30 sometimes wonderful years of cpa togetherness (although it's my return that may put him in the ground :) . 

Currently the out of state owner has a sister with health issues so just waiting to put the final touches on the deal.
