Hello everyone,Hopefully this isn't against the rules as my goal isn't to promote any group but rather to gather some new and/or veteran investors in the field of RE  to create a small accountability/networking group where we gather to chat/discuss ideas, help each other out, meet and network with like minded investors, and maybe even partner in the future as we go through our journey of RE.

They rather line 300 suckers up at  $1k a pop with a potential of scoring 30 people paying $25k for mentoring in each city or better yet just sit at home on a webinar promoting their lies online and hoping you opt in and pay....Some even have the nerve and want you to apply to see if you are the right fit for their program when you will have to fork over thousands.

I'd love to more actively promote what I'm trying to do in real estate, but don't want to go down any road that could get me in trouble later on!

There is no charge, no self promotion, no selling, no spam.

You get an acquisition fee, asset management fees and a promote split. 

And third, sponsors receive the bulk of, or sometimes all, of their promote at the sale.  

I did attempt to start a zoom call for Orange County but lack of promotion/attendance we stopped it after two months.

They may talk about the offering on talk shows and webinars, and they may promote the offering on social media.

Since we can't self promote in these forums I won't but I will say that I personally know of a guy who loves to help people and has pretty good working relationships with a handful of investors.
