@John Matthews is the President of Operations for my real estate investment company and he has done a phenomenal job getting our direct mail campaign to produce off-market properties for us.

I might place a small value on well-documented systems and processes in place, but it general the value is associated w/ the producers, not the legal entity they operate within. 

The mom and pop investors, or people like me do not need to produce the kind of returns that Blackrock or the other hedge funds need to produce.  

The earning potential wouldn't be huge, but if they're producing it'd likely pay better than McDonald's.

It can take into account all revenues being produced by your portfolio as well as any other income.  

It's not like a company that produces a product, or a website that sells memberships. 

My wife says she believes in me but doesn't want me to waste our savings and stretch ourselves too thin with a project that will produce little results. 

Anyone have experience or advice on which list would produce better results?

That is the NOI that both properties COULD produce. 

Getting it producing income is your priority, isn't it?
