I wanted something with NO bunk beds and NO loft that overlooks the living area that is considered a bedroom (no privacy or sound prevention) also was hoping to find something with A/C, which most people say you don't need, but we spent a week in Yosemite 2 years ago and sleeping was difficult with the extreme heat wave that went through when we were there.

@Timothy GordonThere are no laws preventing or restricting you from purchasing real estate in Canada - possible exception being Prince Edward Island which restricts the amount land ownership to off-islanders (Canadians included).You will find financing is somewhat different than in the U.S.A. and when it comes to taxation, the CRA likes to get their payment up-front from non-residents.

Vinyl siding was added at some point mostly likely the 80's, There is a well on the property and irrigation also, the backyard has a huge banyan tree that needs to be trimmed and its root system has taken over a large portion of a brick patio.
