In Midway Woods have a 2/1 (advertised as a 4/1 because closets in attic bedrooms) that gets $1375/mo and that's with a shower no tub (and that's a whole nother discuss), that was rented sight unseen except online photos.

It's definitely a long term play but you can get decent properties in the Bishop Arts area for cheap, rent out to cover the mortgage and I truly believe in 5-10 years, you'll get a major premium.

Along with a truly bizarre threat to cancel my insurance on grounds seemingly pulled out of a hat and disclosed cryptically, Nationwide has promised that if I do manage to keep my insurance, my premium will go up because the rebuilding cost of my property is higher than the $300,000 my insurance currently covers.
