I know HOA's have a lot of power on choosing what they enforce and let pass, as well as what rules they adopt, but it still makes me uneasy, as I could and up sitting on a house that I have to sell with high transaction costs if they adopt such a ban or cap.

I am far from being an expert, but I think you should take the conversation more into what it is they invest in.

An LLC can't be the trustee unless it has trust powers (most LLCs don't).

I want to at least make an offer so that the Broker doesn't write me off as a tire kicker and stops sending me listings.Any suggestions on what my next conversation with the broker should be?
