Since prop comps are based on other nearby properties, having a Spartan property in an area can have a real impact on the comps pulled for other properties - a rising tide lifts all boats!

Everyone has the power to work hard, get out of their situation, and live the life they want, though.

If you don't need the money and you bring them in during construction after alot of the soft costs are paid then you have more control because you took the "risk" and have more power to dictate how the returns can work.  

However, if you have your eyes on properties in areas that are not near your home and hoping to have something you can rent and enjoy from time to time then certainly more power to you!

Also because oftentimes a coax cable removal/reinstall is necessary in addition to a power reboot to troubleshoot, and I'm not sure there will ever be a IoT device to do that! 

This way I never need to worry.The battery-powered keypad is absolutely vital should wifi, internet or apps fail.

The shut offs only allow water to flow if power is on, thus if the hose lets go you are protected

If this individual catches me in some kind of silly code violation he has the power to simply crush me for the rest of my investing career both in the municipality and put me up as an offender in the list all the local enforcement officials in my greater metro area share.
