I won't disagree - there seemed to be conflicting information and incomplete information provided by the plaintiff (if you will).I'd like to think we're at the end of this thread now - I've perused all posts and am thoroughly satisfied with the explanations provided by Jeff & Jack.I'd messaged with Jeff on BP a few months back but am sitting on any potential business dealings until the wife and I have unity of mind regarding timing.

But (while they are grinning and thinking you are a sucker) make them understand that from this point on ANY future tenant-caused issues will be billed to THEM at 100% especially given that the line has been cleared and no potential clog exists.

@Rob Saxelby because of fraud concerns, you should also ask the seller to personally sign Reps & Warrants to be liable for any potential fraud.There's a big case going on about this in Michigan with some NY investors, where income was inflated via falsified rent ledgers and expenses were lowered via falsified P&L's.
