If you are not in a position to rewrite your lease you must enforce it as written...no pets means no pets.

I have to say that the experience has been positive so far, with a few negative items such as the evolution of home prices and how expensive has become living on this state.At some point during this period I had a complicated health issue and I ended up getting into a lot of debt to pay for my medical bills.

At this point there is no more action for me to take, maybe she comes back with the application maybe she doesn't.

We are finally at a point where we are able to take action in the next couple months, which we are really excited about.

You can legally put the property into your LLC, however if your property is not registered in the same state, you will not be able to do any legal action on its behalf in that state (file for an eviction, contest a code enforcement action, etc...).You can either register your foreign company in that state or you can open a new LLC in that state.

What is your position here?

We probably can get around 4K in rent per month and that should give about 700$ of positive cash flow.Now we want to buy a new home (B) in Milpitas since we want a bigger home and better school.

As soon as you feel that you have learned enough take that action.

I am trying to soak up as much knowledge as I can and have a set plan so when I do transfer all I have to do is put it into action.
