I was actually thinking about buying a mobile home and pay lot rent as an option for my place.

Personally, I found this in self-storage and mobile home park arenas.

I was able to do it on the Mobile App.

They also don't need the size home they have and are beginning to struggle with mobility to get upstairs (negating the whole point of that space).
