That will force the people, and politicians, to chose: Moratorium (popular with tenants) or mandates with compliance.

It is a very popular destination most of the year for vacationing.

Given how popular the area is over the summer, the short-term rental could provide a significant offset to mortgage payments.

It seems like a lot of the old neighborhoods I never had a reason to go to 10+ years ago are now becoming more popular (ie Walkers Point, Brewers Hill, Riverwest) for this type of strategy?
