Brought 3 dogs instead of 2, didn't pay pet deposit on move in, dogs peed in the back room (the flooring we have to replace), and they covered it with perfume, but if you get down at floor level to take pics of the swollen corners and edges from the pee, you're hit with dirty dog/urine smell. 

Make your life easier and do not allow pets.
