We'll even be making the deposit for the new rental and potentially paying the first months rent.  

The idea would be for them to assume the existing loan and take my half of the property with as little burden financially on them as possible.

I am open to just selling one as well, the person I was going with backed out but it would be a shared room if only 1 ticket was sold.

It is a beautiful area but because of the zoning and rules up there it would be difficult for the area to "blow up" and have a ton of new growth.

I was able to rent the property out at $1750 per month with my note being all-in at $924 per month.

It does not have to be adversarial, but people can be unreasonable about their family.

That would be a steal for a brick fourplex in many Mpls neighborhoods and a ripoff in some of the neighborhoods I’ve been through.

@Patrick Drury Currently with just primary and 1 investment property out of state, I am finding it hard to keep track of these URLs, I didn't opt for Escrow for taxes since I want that to be in my control, so I invest them in other forms.
