In the second bedroom, even after a coat of paint, the tape kept coming off, so I opted for electrical tape instead.

Pressure cleaning is a good idea also but I think I would invest in 5 gallons of paint and roll it out with a decent color and it would make the curb appeal much improved. 

When I did I notice that some of the repairs had already been completed: new carpeting, new paint and the holes in the ceiling from water damage had all been repaired.

Age of roof,siding, furnace, water heater, and if there is any lead paint might pay to do your own testing for that., any asbestos in furnace area or on siding or in floor tiles?

Folks I need your help with a fairly important kitchen designing dilemma:For a rather typical South Bay area SFR with a $1.2M-ish ARV, with white Shaker kitchen cabinets/stainless hardware & appliances, the color-du-jour grey "wood" flooring, similar but lighter toned walls, no wall paint in kitchen (narrow stacked stone backsplash)...............is a familiar, tried and true, "veiny" granite or a more uniformly colored quartz the more sought after countertop these days??  

I painted the wall but it still sticks out.  

It will also need to be painted to match existing paint.

I have them put it on like paint rather than rubbing it like stain...just my preference.

Worse yet, I had to pull my own crew off of other jobs to redo painting, flooring and other work that was unacceptable quality, even for rental houses.

Took some time to clean and paint the parts.
