It was fully done though, both baths, kitchen, paint, baseboards, all floors, etc.Overall my opinion is that it sounds pretty decent, just make sure you're not missing any major costs.

All that was needed was to spruce up the landscape, replace a leaky faucet and garage door opener, clean out the gutters and give the interior a coat of paint.

For example I pay $30 to have a unit cleaned and $150 to have it painted in the cash flow market.
