It's hard to have a fruitful discussion about eugenics (a topic introduced early on in this discussion) without the agreement on a common moral code, which is going to be highly dependent on religious beliefs...There are parts of eugenics that people oppose specifically on religious grounds, but that most non-religious people would not find at all morally objectionable.

If you turned left at corner, see small corner pasture, 50 tree fruit orchard (wifey and I planted ALL 50) AND did Deer wire all around it, and then our pond/lake we developed with an Island in the center and then more pastures and trees.

I picked fruit, swept floors in a packaging facility, sanded cars in a body shop, worked on car engines, build dune buggies, rebuilt VW engines, built oil drilling derricks, built bailers, compactors, and dumpsters, welded ornamental iron, remodeled and build houses, garages, and commercial buildings.

Derreck Wells because unless you are dealing with someone high up on the commercial lending side of a bank, the drive of your run-of-the-mill mortgage broker is very low- they are usually more focused on meeting their volume goals by snagging as much low hanging fruit as they can to get too worked up over someone they are going to have to compete over that is going to be more of a hassle to get through underwriting.
