I believe non profits may be able to offer rent backs but this would need to be researched. 

I thought the event was organized well and the content was excellent, although, it was obvious they were prepping you for the up-sell. 

I suggest downloading rentigo to manage properties and buying a bullet journal to keep tasks organized!
