@Maayan Cohen - before you spend money on direct mail, have you thought about networking with wholesalers? 

, podcast, books, other networking, etc.A short while ago, one of the guests on the BP podcast mentioned that he was so prepared for his first deal (through reading, networking, BP, etc.) that when it came time to pull the trigger, it was such a seamless process and he thought, "wow this isn't so hard after all!"

I am looking to network with other Real Estate enthusiast in my area as well as in other locations. 

Would love to network with people friday / Saturday eveningWould love to know your experience , if you have already attended his previous events 

We really look forward to networking with and building working relationship with other Bigger Pocket members.

I’d also look into attending local real estate meet ups and meet and network with local investors.

At the top menu, if you hover over "Network", you should be able to see "Events" on the right.

Hard work man...Calling your sphere, call arounds for other listings, door knocking, open houses, networking events, social media, forums like these, etc etc. 

Seems like a great way to make a living while networking and still be able to grow my own real estate investment portfolio.
