The BP app is missing  a lot of the most important features of the site, like  connecting with other users, and way more importantly, I constantly get errors that freeze up the posting screen and I lose everything I typed!

Last year BP featured for the first time and came out 4th in the Best Real Estate Mobile App and featured in no other categories.You all will agree with me that the impact that BP has had in our real estate journeys have been tremendous.

I'd like to learn some of the good features of BP, where to find them, etc.Thanks,Andrea

We're working on some marketing features for our crowdfunding platform and I was hoping some of the syndicators and deal sponsors could help out a bit.  

Personally never signed up with them because I needed a built-in accounting feature to bill clients/handle taxes but the feedback/reviews have all been 5 stars so far.

Hello Janine,The process to adjust for bedrooms (or any other property feature) is better left to an appraiser.

You can find them by using the search feature in the upper right hand corner.

Tower locations are usually selected due to terrain features, the highest points, they won't want to build a higher tower to make up for lost elevation.

@Mike Reynolds Don't mean to quote you so much but my @feature doesn't seem to work on this phone.
