Jeff Beard  correct there is NO right of redemeptionthere is only proof that the sale was flawed in its inception.I had this happen to me one time mid 80s  in a county in N.

with west being the roughest and then south the next although there are streets in so jac that are terrible as well. then you have N. and NE jackson were you have nicer homes better neighborhoods.

It's makes no sense.It seems that the party responsible in the eyes of the law is the party with the deepest pockets.It reminds me of the slip-n-fall lawsuits that really demonstrate this.
