Investors can defer tax on any prior gains until no later than Dec. 31, 2026, so long as the gain is reinvested in a Qualified Opportunity Fund, an investment vehicle organized to make investments in Qualified Opportunity Zones. 

I have a multi family with one unit 3B 2BA that rents for 1,000 a month.

Also, part of the reason for doing this is to keep some of our down payment and mortgage costs/options available to purchase small multi-family. 

First multi unit I've considered. 

I live in the north east maybe it is because it is cooler here, but on the big multi family units here they use a direct vent natural gas fired water heater and they run a heat loop off the tank for a hydro air handler.

My plan is to BRRR multi-family properties and maybe do some house-hacking once we return.  

Hello AllI would like to find/connect/network with good multi – family (apartment building) broker in Maryland / Pennsylvania.I became of member of couple of RIEA meet ups and planning to join different sessions to build my network and meet brokers.

I live in a small town and there aren't really any multi family properties to buy.

I am planning to purchase my first multi-family rental property before the end of the year, and I am looking to build (or rather expand on) my community.

Not a lot of multi families here.
