Seriously, with all the experience and stories you guys have accumulated over the years, I'm sure lack of material would never be a problem!

While I haven't seen any great deals in the areas ive been researching, I have to say that the materials on that site are a wealth of knowledge!

Besides, if you are that tight for funds, how will you buy materials for the rehab?

We had him over to the house walked him through and told him what we wanted done, he gave us the labor cost with the understanding we were going to buy all the material.

I’ve been looking into all of his material and it’s got me very excited to partner, but wanted a 3rd party opinion first.

Good marketing materials, such as pictures, are important. 

Just replace the tops, it is not much more expensive if your contractor gets the material from a wholesaler. 

the free materials that were supposed to be provided at the 2 hr event have not been provided, even after 2 follow up emails to their main office asking why i wasnt given the materials/what would be done to 'check that box'!
