I have a 60 unit storage facility with a U-haul dealer located in Edgefield, SC and I’m considering to get a management company to replace the ESS system i have.

We’d like to assemble a real estate portfolio over the years, and would consider buying a rental property whilst living in our current home.I’m looking for any creative ideas or suggestions given our circumstances.

Are you planning to actively manage the properties yourself?

Not good.Having said that, we at times will install a property management company into a client's world so they can defer into an IRA or 401k by creating the necessary earned income.

Goal is to keep growing the portfolio in Baltimore. 

Both properties are under property managers.

We now have a Flight Attendant managing the house for us and keeping it clean and organized.

I was wondering if any can recommend any good property management companies in the area for SFH's, duplexes, 4-plexes? 

If I can find a property in a smart market that makes sense, then I’d enjoy having another asset there, and growing a portfolio there.

Low priced houses, low quality tenants, low quality property managers, low quality contractors.
