I was wondering if I did deals outside the State would I need to find another title company within that another state or can you not use your title company in your own state for all other locations.

The parcels are located in Franklin Park and border Olde Town East, so it's a VERY hot location.

(I can't buy where I currently live because it is insanely expensive).I see several houses for sale in this price range, and all of them look to be big-time fixer-uppers, which is totally fine, but I'm not sure how to analyze the area around the house, the other houses near it, the location, and determine if it would perform well. 

However, with the financing structure of being a Canadian and tax filing requirements, I am looking for a Canadian location that has potential and cash flow. 

My particular agent locates, purchases, and then manages for me.

I have contacted a few agents and I tell them what I'm looking for and if they can locate C= and B properties in these areas with all the pertinent info such as occupancy rate, rents, property management company, etc.

Having just closed down one of my business locations, I was forced to get rid of a LOT of stuff.
