Right now we're working on learning as much as we can and growing our network so we're ready to jump when the right opportunity comes along.We're most interested in long-term and small multi-family rentals and eventually would like to explore short-term rentals.

You'll learn something about their family sitaution -  if they have local kid(s) thats a good sign they have somebody to help them out as needed.

My biggest struggle right now is the rehab process but learning everyday to become a master at it!
