Larger expenses we split between all assets owned by the LLC.

I have 2 private lenders that have limited funds and I offer them 10% plus one point that I use on smaller deals.It's nice to be able to pull the trigger on any deal with my main hard money guy but some of these larger projects like the commercial are scary to do at 15%.What are some tips for finding more private money?

What about a larger multifamily - 4 to 8 units, let's say.

I am a relatively small owner of a 4 unit & a 2 unit that I manage myself so I don't have the scale to build a website like a larger investor/property manager. 

MIGA offers political risk insurance, but typically only for much larger transaction sizes.

I'm being an optimist with regards to the energy industry here holding up during a downturn.

I am unfortunately one who owns a larger 7 bedroom cabin and I have had a few cancellations already. 

Unless you want to do AFS (Agreement for Sale) which then you allows you look at larger cities.
