One lady on this thread suggested they buy a low end 20k rental  well that's great advice to someone with no real estate knowledge or background you mines as well flush that money down the toilet all that's going to teach you is to not do that again..

About every month you should take your finger and rub around flapper and where it sets/ seals.

. - I use a third party, just an office lady with experience in property management.

Putting in a offer today and a SFR so fingers are crossed.
