I am reading the Bigger Pockets How to manage rental properties book and my son has experience co-hosting STRs.I am not sure whether to go for making this duplex an STR, or a MTR (both of which would need furniture....but both of which my son has experience with and both of which could bring in more money than LTR, but one would never know) or a LTR.

We currently have a short term rental and I am also getting my feet wet Co-hosting and am looking to find some help determining if I need one or multiple LLC's, what type of LLC and would also like someone who can review rental agreements, Co-hosting agreements etc.Additionally, we need a CPA that can also help us make some of these decisions and who can prepare our taxes maximizing deductions.

My business vision for 2023 is to work with and close 10 real estate deals for my clients.My personal investment goals for 2023 are to purchase a primary residence side-by-side duplex to house hack in Colorado and buy an owner financed SFH in Nebraska to diversify and grow my portfolio.2023 is going to a big year for me to build momentum for future investments!
