I also would like to connect to a landlord or real estate professional in that area, to discuss a mutually beneficial relationship, so asked about that.

My strategy this year is to simplify my world, and sell off all my single-family rentals, and one duplex.More than happy to connect with you and provide any insights I have.

The thing is, I like one of the agents I connected to in this way.

I have experience building ADUs on my properties, but haven't tackled a new construction project for a single family with unimproved land.I'd be using the BRRRR strategy, cash out, and do it over and over again.I would love to connect with anyone doing this!
